The Inaugural Course
1-9th July 2023
WA Leadership 2023 was an amazing week away for our first 9 participants and 13 staff. The boutique group enjoyed the unique setting of The Paddock in West Popanyinning and managed to stay warm through a very cold start to July.
Each day was full of activities, learning and fun. In worship each night the girls were challenged to reflect on their story, the highlights and the maybe not so good parts. They thought about who they are letting write their story and how they are the main character in their story. God has amazing things in store for the next chapter so they just need to trust the author.

Stage One focuses on Who am I? Over the week, the girls were challenged through the different activities to explore personality and leadership styles, and develop leadership skills. The girls learnt about teamwork, problem solving and communication skills as they engaged in activities such as ultimate frisbee, trust activities, teaching sessions, team games and an overnight hike.
We are excited to be able to offer Stage 1 and 2 next year as we continue to grow the WA Leadership Development Course.
